I read the report just now and I have to admit – you made me think about my plans.
I am thinking about starting some kind of business online and am and a stage of gathering information (yes, I get tons of emails about ‘push-button’ solutions, though none of them captured my attention long enough to buy it).
Being a member of IBCX might be what I am looking for as the Internet marketers in my country seem to be the ones to offer things that don’t work but they have advantage as there are not too many around (I come from non-English speaking country and that’s the reason for any language mistakes I make, sorry).

It’s ludicrous. And we have a fair bit to say about those scammy things in a subsequent report. Truth and Integrity are two of the most important qualities online if you are truly committed to building a sustainable business. Both me and the other Gary are both BIG on these personal attributes. Without them you end up with nothing.
After all, once someone has bought from a marketer promising easy riches with the latest “Push Button Solution”, then once they realise it doesn’t live up to expectations they will feel very reluctant to buy from that person again. End result disappointed customer and marketer who has lost a customer. Not a sustainable business model and one we absolutely do not use ourselves.
It is a never ending cycle for many though. Unfortunately, most people have short memories and get sucked in time and time again. People will never make progress until they realise that.

I was just going through the report again and was looking at the list of things you should know or at least know of ie, Hosting ~ Planning ~ Adsense ~ HTML basics and so on. I didn’t realize how many components there are to IM. Is your course going to get into all of these components? I know of most of them but do need to have a few of them explained further. It just tells me this course is for everybody.

Thanks for popping back. You are right there is an “apparent” minefield of components you have to get to get grips with in Internet Marketing (IM). Some are important (some even essential) and others have little value. Some need to be mastered while others you need to just have an awareness of.
When starting out though (and even while you are progressing) the key is knowing which skills falls into which camp and thus what you need to focus your limited time on.

I agree that staying focused on one project at a time is the #1 reason that most online marketers fail. Taking the time to finish one project would help most marketers succeed.
Now that I am thinking about it, I’ll bet a good deal of the programs “We” buy because they are shiny and intriguing actually work if actually applied………..Yes I am fully guilty of this and as soon as I started focusing ion one project at a time and completing that project, I started to generate an income.
I have dealt with both Gary’s at one point or another online and both are highly respected and very helpful.

Yes, moving from one thing to another too quick then back again then on to something else is NOT the way to progress steadily. But that is what most people do. I’ve even done it myself. I think we ALL do it.

I KNOW the feeling. I’ve bought a ton of products and courses in my time. Some were OK, some were good and some…. well, they were just what I call dog poo wrapped in a chocolate coating – ie they look good on first presentation, they even sort of smell OK but… that first bite! UGH, I’ll say no more as I’m sure you get the picture.
At some stage you just have to trust somebody. The biggest question for most people is WHO? I can assure you that both of us can be trusted. We always do what we say we will do but… having said that, I am not naive enough to think that we won’t have our detractors. The world is full of a massive range of diverse people with very different mindsets.
Nevertheless, we will do our best to please everyone.

Man ! you must have been following me around and taking notes on my Internet Marketing MIS-adventures. I have tried to create a successful on-line business for at least the last 10 years or so with hardly any decent results at all. I am so ready to take on a mentor and finally become an online business success. After all, I have to recoup all the money I’ve spent on all of the courses and software products.
You would think that a career in IT would make it simple & easy to do this, but not so. It is just like you have stated – it’s so darn confusing with all the mis/dis-information not to mention the scams by those IM “Gurus” who are so anxious to sell their “non-working” schemes.

WOW! 10 years! You certainly are tenacious. BTW, this may seem like a back-handed compliment but it isn’t. Tenacity and willingness to hang in there during times of adversity are essential requirements of success. I speak about this a lot inside the IBCX fortress because I have a background in personal development and self improvement. So does the other Garry too!
I think at some stage you reach a point in IM where you seriously wonder if there is ANYONE worthy of following. Yes, the PRIME objective of so many so-called “goo-roos” is to take your money and just keep selling to you.
No doubt you would have seen all the upsells, downsells, cross-sells, exit splash “Wait! Here’s $10 off the retail price” and all that rigmarole. Well, we don’t have ANY of that.
Our price is a flat fee. We have spent a small FORTUNE ourselves to create this membership site and all the software that goes with it. Plus we have both spent 100′s and 100′s of hours creating totally UNIQUE products and content that NOBODY else has.
Sure, some of our training has been done before by others but that is where we will leave them in our wake.
Just to be perfectly up front on the cost – IF there are special software installments or difficult coding to be done then people will have to pay somebody to do that for them. We’ve had to install some high-tech software to run our operations and automate the mundane tasks ourselves. Everyone has operating costs – like paying for fuel after you have purchased a vehicle.
Anyway, I’m getting a bit off track. I can get carried away at times. LOL!
Mike Ottman is an accomplice of ours and those who take up our offer here will be seeing him inside the membership area helping people with his own unique talents. Garry and I spent a lot of time with “Otto” in Las Vegas and he is a trusted friend.

I have bought 1 or 2 of the products you mentioned (actually, 4), and while I have gotten some good stuff from most of them, I have not received nearly the results they have promised. I think you hit a major chord with your emphasis on mentoring, but more on that in a minute.
I have put together a web site that I think is valuable because I have seen the need in my students. The idea is to help people learn how to learn more effectively. I have several ideas that I want to implement, but I have not been able to put the whole thing together yet. The mind is feverish, the flesh is slow. I feel the lack of someone who could help me put together a workable plan to get over the edge.
Therefore, I am extremely interested in your mentoring. I feel that mentoring is a critical step in learning how how to put the pieces together to solve the problem, achieve the goal, reach the desired result.

Confession time – I’ve bought some real junk myself.
John, we hear you. We’ve both been where you are. One of the key elements to our course and all that goes with it is the “community” that we are building inside the membership area. We want people to feel a strong sense of belonging and for it to be a place where everyone can get their questions answered and be helped in a very nurturing environment.
Apart from ourselves we have also enlisted the services of several other very talented people who will be on call to assist others in techie type jobs. Plus… BOTH of us know so many people who are specialists in their fields. And rest assured – we screen everybody.

I’ve read the report again after sleeping on it tonight and giving it some more thoughts and I am even more eager to start now than I was before. I might not know everything (heck, I sure don’t, lol), but I think I’m starting to get a grip on some of the main things I have to concentrate on and your report made it even more clear that my intuition was right to suggest what I should do next.
You addressed so many issues I am having, main being the mindset I guess, or as you put it:
’1 – limited confidence in their ability and
2 – limited self belief in being able to succeed’
and the amount of contradicting info and the so called ‘tips and tricks’ that do more harm than good. But I am certain that if I will read all you reports and analyse them deeply I will get more from your free content that I would from many paid products. The knowledge is all there, so that just leaves me with working on my self-confidence.

Very concise introductory into the concept of Mentoring and Coaching. I have been involved with online marketing (Network Marketing) for 6 years, but lack any the things that have been brought out in your first report.
The problem I have had was where you have a upline (sponsor or trainer) that when you call an want questions answered they don’t respond. I have downline that I will do all I can to help them, even if I have to ask strangers for advice. I guess you could say I try to mentor and coach to the best I can be.

I’ve been involved in MLM in the past and yes – that is EXACTLY what happens… UNFORTUNATELY! And do you know why? It’s because you are doing such a GOOD job that your upline believes that you are self-sufficient and don’t need their help. And so off they waddle to take care of a “leg” being inefficiently managed by somebody of lesser ability than you. After all, they (the upline) need to strengthen that leg to match yours to get that nice fat commission over-ride.
Like I said… been there.
Try this – leave your upline sponsors a message and tell them you are transferring yourself and all your downline across to an opposition MLM. That will get their attention! LOL!
Thanks for the compliments James and we PLEDGE that we won’t do this to anybody – ie abandon them. That is what the membership forum is all about inside. We already have it all set up and either Garry or myself will be there pretty much every day during the course and even after the course.

I think the worst problem for beginners is knowing what steps to take and in what order. That is where a mentor comes in, the right kind of mentor.
Unfortunately, I had to retire suddenly last year when my partner was seriously ill. It is very hard getting used to a limited fixed income and the last of my money went on my website. I feel it was a good choice, an investment in my future. If it does not work, it will be my own fault but I don’t intend to fail.

Once again you’ve hit the nail on the head, in fact I’m wondering… was that report written about me?
Gary, as you know I’ve been trudging the internet marketing minefield for so long now, desperately trying to find my way through and create an online income for myself. It’s been a tough journey, and boy, have I suffered from brain freeze with the vast amount of information that’s been thrown at me.
I’ve struggled so hard to make sense of it, to put it all together into something that works… so far all to no avail.
It hasn’t all been bad though, I have managed to learn a lot about internet marketing whilst also making some great online friends who have helped me along the way… and no one more so than YOU Gary. You became someone I could turn to when things just got too much, always there to pick me up and put me back on the right path.
As you know it became even harder for me last year when my marriage of over 30 years began to crumble and finally collapsed, taking with it my home and the offline business that supported me.
Once again it was’ Gary to the rescue’ with your ongoing support via our many Skype chats, and then, through your JLD course which – as I wrote in my blog – ‘kept me at the center of the wheel and rolling forward’.

Garry and I planned all this in Las Vegas around 15 months ago. It was the second trip that we’d both made.
Just in case anyone is interested in this – well you’re gonna hear it anyway…
… I drafted out a bit of a plan on the plane to Vegas to kill some time in the 18 hours. I actually write for FUN. I know! I’m crazy. But when Garry and I were hanging out together I happened to show it to him and that was the seed to this massive membership site you now see before you here.
We have such complementary skills. Garry is very technically skilled while I’m more of a writer (can anyone tell?). We bounce ideas off one another continually and it’s rather amazing what we can come up with by doing that. Both of us build on each other’s ideas and the end result is some pretty high-voltage stuff.
Now why did I decide to tell you that? TBH I dunno.
Oh yeah… “push-button schemes” … we want everybody to understand this:
If they did Gazza and I would KNOW about them. And we, like everybody else, have NEVER known anyone who has had one shred of success with them.

I know the other Garry has already answered this but I thought I would chime in too. When we set the page up we didn’t think the FREE report (ie the 1st one) was obvious enough, so we added a yellow highlighter wash through the font.
Yesterday I also received some comments via Skype where some people said they were being expected to opt-in for what we said was a NO-opt in 1st report. That just isn’t true. The implication of those comments were that we had said one thing but were doing something else.
People were obviously not reading the page properly. Or they were expecting us to do what so many others do – ie bait and switch. We DON’T do that. So, just to make it SUPER OBVIOUS we added extra explanation and some more text in RED to make it really stand out.
Essentially that 1st free report is a taster. If people get it and like it and WANT more then they can sign in to get more. If they don’t like it then they don’t opt-in. Simple. We only want people who WANT our information.
Anyway, I hope that explanation helps.

The younger people seem to be able to pick this stuff up more quickly but there is ONE thing they lack – and it is splattered over almost eveything they do – lack of life experience. You can’t blame them for that. But, quite often they simply do not consider the effect of what they do on others. That usually comes with experience which usually comes with age. Well… USUALLY it does – LOL!
The most perilous and LEAST successful niche in Internet Marketing is the HTMMO or “How to Make Money Online” Niche. (People mistakenly call that the IM niche). We want to steer people away from that niche. It is MASSIVELY over-represented and full of people that should never be there in the first instance.
People think that HTMMO niche is the easiest. It’s NOT! One of our subsequent reports explains all this so I won’t go into it here other than to say that is the reason why so many of those useless “push button riches” products are thrown at people.
Bob, inside IBCX we have set up a very powerful forum where Garry and I will be virtually every day. Not only that we have some trusted helpers in there too. And, even better… people will be able to forge meaningful relationships with other like-minded people. Pretty much that is where Garry and I met.

Yes we want to demonstrate how helpful we will be. But… that is what we do behind the scenes when we interact with people anyway. So, it’s NOTHING out of character for us. Ask anyone.
We’ve given more free help to people than just about everyone we know. But the more people we know the more draining and diluted that help gets and then we have to restrict it. Plus we have lives too. We aren’t machines. LOL!
By doing what we are presenting here we are “filtering” those who REALLY want help. And, we are setting up a community where members can log in and feel welcome and NOT feel threatened by some whiz-kid who uses his or her “superior” knowledge in a very narrow field as a weapon to make others feel inferior.
Try going to some of the open forums and asking a simple question and watch what happens. Our community will be protective and nurturing. We won’t stand for haughtiness, bad behavior, predation or any other non-supportive trait.
PLUS we have some of the most innovative and unique materials that people will find anywhere. Garry and I are creators and we surround ourselves with people of trust who have proven themselves time and time again. We have no time at all for shysters. They can go and play over in the other park – AWAY from all of us.
Anyway, this is becoming a monologue. I need to answer a few more comments here.
Oops, almost forgot your main question… The cost is extremely affordable. Well, WE think it is. We wrestled with pricing. If it is too cheap people think it is no good. If it is too expensive people get frightened or can’t afford it.
Seriously, with what is inside our vault people would expect to pay 3 times more. And we’ve invested a TON of money and TEN TONS of time to bring this to everybody ourselves.
As you have identified – look at the effort we are putting in here. If either of us had to submit a bill for the hours we have worked it would be in the 100′s of 1,000′s.

Like so many other readers, I’ve been “learning” about Internet Marketing forever. Wrote my own HTML back in the late ’90′s. Haven’t seen any real success though. And like so many others, and as you’ve so aptly addressed, I’ve got information overload confusion.
A little “hand holding” and getting back to the basics is just what the doctor ordered. I’m impressed with Garry’s background in the IT industry. Maybe more impressed with Gary’s prolific writing experience. Writing 55 page eBooks in a day’s time? I spent months putting together a 60 pager. Learning curve I guess. Anyway, thank you both for helping those of us looking for competent guidance. God bless you both!

“The old overload confusion trick!” (Maxwell Smart).
Jokes aside… yeah, that is a REAL problem. We address that in our course by chunking everything down to manageable “bites” and putting it all in order. And we have a checklist that we issue so everyone can print it and TICK items off as they go. I don’t know if any other coaching course has implemented that. If they have then I’ve never seen it or heard of it. That will REALLY keep people on track – IF they use it as it was designed.
Tom, Garry’s ability behind-the-scenes to get all the architecture to run this massive site is nothing short of brilliant. I just put the fancy facade on the face – ie the bit that everyone sees. The real GRUNT comes from the engine room and that is where Garry spends so much time. His work there is absolutely masterful. I’m a difficult person to impress but what he has done in there is quite simply very spectacular.
Me? I’ve been a writer for as long as I can remember. I devour books at a voracious rate (reading) and therefore can “regurgitate” a lot of information very rapidly in my own words and using my own expression.

I can’t wait for the next report!
Over 30 years ago I got a job in a sales department. I paid attention and learnt. Eventually I became a Technical Engineering Manager (in the days when lady engineers were unheard of). Dermination is a great thing but gets you nowhere if you don’t take steps to progress.
I took the decision to have someone do the techie stuff for me to move my business forward, but will eventually learn to do it for myself.
Unfortunately there are days when I don’t even get a few minutes online. My partner needs care 24/7 and my sister has had cancer for 15 years. I spend a lot of time with her when she is in hospital.
Despite this I have worked out my 2 year business plan and am determined to achieve it.
Thanks for the freebies guys, I will pass them on as I am dedicated to helping people as I have been helped by people like you.

Gary and Garry,
I have just read through the first report. I have to admit that knowing Gary and his beliefs on honesty and dedication, I knew that I could expect something very different from what is being thrown around the Internet Marketing arena lately.
I’d like a Brain Training manual, and I would make use of it.
Even though I have finally pre-launched my mall, I am still closer to the starting gate than the finish line when I read the partial list of things available in this course. Having someone who made me answer to where my time is focused and answered my questions would be fantastic. The problem is that I although I am earning from the mall, it is not enough as yet to change my personal circumstances, so I will have to pass and hope that promoting as an affiliate will help my situation.
I have spent enough time trying to build my mall to know that your time is also precious, so I will not “cry in my soup” and waste your time. I do want to wish you all the success in the world and to thank Gary for his help and answers to my questions along the way.

Actually, that gives me the opportunity to say something. I KNOW this has been said before but…
… so many people download all sorts of stuff then NEVER even look at it. How do I know that? I’ve done it myself. I’ve even paid a lot of money for some things that are still sitting there “WAITING” for me to get to them. In fact, I just glanced at something in my office right now as I type this.
Then I get distracted and they STAY waiting.
So, IMO I really think everybody needs to step-back a bit and concentrate on ONE thing at a time. We teach that too.
We already know that some people will buy our course but continue to collect everything they can get their hands on and try to cram it all in at once. And then they will get hopelessly CONFUSED.
There is so much “information” online and that is a HUGE problem. How many times have we heard the term: “INFORMATION OVERLOAD!” ? But if all the (‘scuse the term) CRAP was removed off the internet and so many people just stopped peddling absolute garbage back and forth between themselves and their lists then I think a LOT more people would succeed.

For the upteenth time I appreciate your encouraging response. You know what? You guys rock, and your program is unique from so many perspectives, which is why it will be a traumatic experience if I missed out purely on account of lack of money.
Facts are I have bought quite a number of internet training programs from many of the familiar names in the industry, and it’s of no use mentioning names. Apart from one or two, which I can say I have learnt some good lessons, others have been simply, to say the least, useless. Much of the hype about mentoring seems to have been a decoy by the smarties to grab your money and abandon you half way right inside their membership sites. You never heard from them, and at the end you feel used and more frustrated.
However, as bad and as challenging as the picture may appear I have always felt optimistic about this industry, and perceive it as the business trend for the future. I weigh every chance that comes to me purely on its merit, believing that the earlier I professionalize and entrench myself the better for me. I have refused to be deterred by the turn out of my investments in some of the pooh-pooh materials I have bought in the past, even though my family’s conditions and my living style have been seriously eroded by the lack of proceeds from these investments in the last one year and a half.
This is in addition to the challenging local conditions under which I operate. The near absence of public power supply in my country, Nigeria, in which you have to depend more than 70% of the time on generating power privately, with its attendant high cost, and of course the relatively high cost of internet penetration have somewhat added to my burden.
However, sometimes a great opportunity surface at a time you are least prepared, and yet you can not do without same. Ironically, this is the position I have found myself at the moment. As much as I desire your time, experience, and your material investments in this program I doubt very much if I can afford same in my present circumstances. At the risk of sounding beggarly, to be certain that I am in at the launching out of this special training and mentoring program, may I please directly appeal to your generosity to grant me one of the two remaining free IBCX position in the program. As it stands with me presently, I don’t suppose anybody out there needs it better than I do. To the IBCX Team,Boy oBoy where do I start for I’ve been lost n thought i’d found a way just to have found another dose of IM B/S filled with all the hyped up elephant “dung” that comes from every other marketer out here.I’ve been at this for 6-8 or is it 8-10 Darn brain is swollen with Information Overload so much so can’t remember how to pay attention but it seems like when new shiny object comes flying by am like a dog chasing a cars tires knowing that getting run over again Hurts,almost like shiny new objects won’t work but will burn.Now trying new methods such as a check list & putting more effort into checking more important things off at a time.Sticking to a system for eliminating B/S emails if they are just showing off shiny new objects with nothing of value then start showing them I do know how to UBSUB just as fast as signing up.New motto not showing anything of value then no since staying on their list to be Of value.But still in need of Mentoring best reason being for tweaking & adjustments to know that everything is on right track & to get the OK THAT WILL WORK,instead of working for a week or 2 & not knowing what happened why did that NOT work. I had to read your comment several times just to determine whether you were also taking a swipe at us with this but, after consideration, I decided that you weren’t. In part you said:

There comes a time when you have to take a leap of faith. Best way to do that:
1 – Do a global search on the product (ignore sychophantic sniper-style sites)
2 – Do a global search on the proponents (owners) of the offer
3 – Look for consistenceies/inconsistencies
4 – Make enquiries to people you TRUST
5 – Go with your “gut feeling” AFTER you have done all the above due diligence.
NOTE: In the event that anybody does make a negative comment about us or our product I will STILL publish it. (Unless it contains idiocy or foul language – in which case it just gets deleted without consideration) Why? Because nobody is above FAIR criticism – it affords an opportunity to set things straight.

Another great report guys!
I have told what subscribers I have that there is no such thing as push button easy when it comes to earning an income and that’s off-line or on-line. Even when we were little kids and got an allowance we had to EARN IT. We had to empty the trash, do the dishes and maybe some yard word to EARN our allowance. There was no push button to it.
I have always said that if it was worth having it was worth earning. Just like your mentoring course, I have to Earn the funds to be able to take advantage of this opportunity. I’m not going to be able to push a button and the money fall out of the sky. I’m going to have to find a way of Earning the funds, no pushing buttons. I’m a realist and if I hear “push button easy” something has to be wrong with it.
I printed out the exercise you gave us. As a matter of fact I printed 3 copies. At first I looked at it and was thinking this is going to be easy. Boy was I in for a surprise when trying find the numbers with all those lines on the page by the time I got to 25 or so. I did try it all three times though and timed myself. I improved 10 seconds each time I did the exercise.
I’m looking forward to the next report. This is becoming like a good book you don’t want to put down.

Hi Dennis,
We are so glad that these reports are striking such a chord with people. They are structured in the same manner as the full IBCX coaching course – starting at the BEGINNING, moving through a logical sequence and finishing at a pre-designed END point.
If you have time, try that exercise over and over and record your times. You will be AMAZED at how fast you get and how quickly those times will come down. I devised the exercise as PROOF that we just get better and better and more and more efficient as we practice. It’s a simple exercise but it demonstrates, in a very clear way, a powerful point.
Those who get sucked into “push button” – BAH! They are wasting their time.
The whole PB germ just feeds off a dream of lazy riches. It would be MUCH better to take the $47 or $67 or $97 or $197 or whatever the fee is and “INVEST” it in lottery tickets – you will stand an infinitely better chance of making money than with any of that “PUSH BUTTON” BULLSH*T.
“PUSH BUTTON” – it makes me laugh. WHAT button? WHERE is the “button?” I want to “push” it and watch my Paypal account fill up like they all say. Utter baloney!

the first report was a wonderful read. It is so nice to find two marketers who are honest and upfront and who REALLY want to help people.
I find it so refreshing especially after hearing all the BS that is out there and all the conflicting information as well.
I have been trying to make money online for 5 years now, have sites up, have tried the magical push button software and all the other crap….I have bounced from new product to new product and I know I am YO BLAME!!! Nothing has worked, I dont really have a true game plan to follow and although I stumble upon a little money here and there..real online success is still eluding me.
I know you guys can fix that and for that I am super excited.

When I didn’t get my second report yet, I wanted to see if I delayed it somehow. I didn’t find the answer to that yet, but I did find that I did not comment on the blog as requested. I just left my comment that I really liked the ebook. Now to following instructions…I want to take the course because I believe that I will really learn the whole story. I’ve had some partial training that helped, but still left gaps. I’ve had a cancelled class on information I needed to learn, and so have been “piecemealing” it ever since. I’m sure, because I met Gary Simpson from one of the community rooms that all the topics will be covered thoroughly and well, just like in his ebooks and through his online presence.

I thought you must be up to something as you have been quiet for some time – and you’ve come up trumps again!
I’ve been quiet too – life has got in the way, but I’ve never given up. Though the biggest barrier to my online success has been (and at the moment continues to be) me, that is currently changing.
I went to Alex Jeffrey & Dean Holland’s London seminar a couple of weeks ago. You know how long I have been pushing Alex to do a UK seminar as I just couldn’t get to the Vegas ones (boo hoo).
It has really fired me up again to TAKE ACTION. Not to just talk about it or play at it.
So the first thing I did was to get out your Time in Motion Action Planner that I got printed out over a year ago (and barely used -blush) and began writing into it – keeping track of what is working and what is not.
Next I restarted my blog (18 months since I last posted) and listed the Action Planner as my #1 tool for busy people. I have decided to work in this area as it is real to me and I know how frustrating Information Overload is. I’ve been there, got the T-shirt. It’s not pretty or fun to be stuck there.
So, after a day of real life getting in the way (dismantling a printer, getting very inky hands and still not getting it working) I decided that for today’s hour, I would set the timer, read the report and all the comments here because I just KNEW that this would be the best way to spend my time today.
It seems like ages ago we first met and yet I recommend you to so many people I meet (including a young Aussie I met two weeks ago at AJs seminar) – saw your testimonials too about Vegas at the start of the weekend. I’m now on AJs latest.
So yes I would recommend a coach / mentor and if I can I’ll be joining you (will you be running it again later?) I’ve just been told this week that although there is a need for my teaching work there is no money for it next term so I’m busy job hunting at the moment.
Real life gets in the way again (will be busy with the Lizzard over the next couple of weeks) – but I will not let it stop me moving forward.
I’ve still got 15 mins left and some wine in my glass so I’m going off to do some more of the tasks on my To Do list…
Thanks for all you do. I could carry on – you know me, but I wouldn’t want to hog the page!

Hello. Yes, you are correct. I have been rather quiet for quite some time because Garry Parkes and I have been slavishly creating this massive site. I’ve been referring to it as a vault and a fortress but it’s bigger than that. Inside it is more like a city. LOL!
It’s been a massive project and I have been unable to dedicate time even to my own blog which is in desperate need of a post, which it will get very soon.
I heard that AJ and Deano’s seminar was well received and I’ve watched a video of people who attended saying the same. It’s good to get along to IM events to meet all the like-minded people. It inspires you to do more.
Glad you are using my ACTION Planner. Garry and I are both big proponents of planning and action. Planning is essential but without action, nothing happens. But I’m sure you know that – LOL!

Yes, there is NO END to the products out there that claim to be the holy grail of all your needs. Some are good, many are not.
In the end, it is up to the individual but here comes the scary part… HOW does anyone know that the “product” will work? You could be wasting your time on something that was never designed to do what it says it will. Just like the real world, there is a lot of skull-duggery online.

Hey Guys,
I’ve wondered how to give the best response to a video such as yours. As I’m sure both of you know, most are hype, a lot of BS and we are the answer to all that is good for you.
You pretty much hit the “nail” on the the head. In fact you pretty much wrote my biography of my online experiences.
For the first time I realize what a “junkie” I’ve become and how much money I’ve wasted, but even worse my time.
It’s not like I”m some young novice just starting out in the world. I’m older than “dirt” and you’d think I would know better. But no matter your age it’s easy to fall into this trap of the “next” best thing is right around the corner.
It’s to your credit this video pulls no punches and lets you have it square between the eyes. But more importantly you also provide the means to “change” the direction of your online experience and for that I’m very thankful.

Your video presentation really hit home! That’s me – I spent a king’s ransom on courses and products at a time that the South African Rand was R11 to the Dollar! As in your video, I do say ‘What if…?’
You are two real sweeties for giving so much value – thanks a million for the motivation and free training. I’m an early medical retiree and hope to be able to afford your mentoring. I’ve practically depleted my funds and hope to replenish my coffers soon! LOL
What I have realised watching your video is that PLANNING is my Achilles heel. I hope to learn how to go about that. That reminds me what Zig Ziglar said:
“You can’t hit a target you cannot see, and you cannot see a target you do not have.”
That is the problem – they sell their courses and programs, but chunks of the basics are left out. You never get the full picture.
Isn’t it ironic that with all the money I’ve spent on famous GURU’s coaching, I still do not know how exactly to do a proper business planning?
To all those friends who still have to see some success, be positive and stay focused. Gary and Garry will get everyone out of these shark infested waters, I’m sure. Edison failed, I think, 99 times?

As you so rightly point out, the waters of IM are indeed “shark infested.” Online it is probably more evidentiary than offline because the internet supplies a record of everything that happens.
In real life there are also sharks. It’s just that they can go about their nefarious activities largely undetected.

I am shy to admit that I am trying to reach success on internet since 1999. I was a good pray for gurus and false mentors. I was 62 years at that time. I was in a deep burnout and depression. 4 years later I had a stroke and got my left side totally paralyzed. I recovered health and 90% of my moves. I need to recover wealth now. Few days ago I found Tommy McLaughlin’s report on Blogging. It helped me a lot. I am very thankful to him: he sent me the info about your InternetBusinessCodeXCourse. I need it. I hope that I will be able to afford it because the guru’s drained my very low budget: I am a retiree with a heavy load of debts with a very low pension that just cover my very basic living needs.

First, let me say this – Tommy McLaughlin is one of the BIG givers in Internet Marketing. I’ve personally seen him help dozens and dozens of people. He is VERY talented with WordPress and many other IM techniques. You couldn’t find a better guy to align yourself with. So, well done in finding Tommy.
Sorry to hear your circumstances. There are SO many people in dire circumstances. Add to that the vampires who troll the internet looking for victims to pillage and we have a real problem with general credibility and trust online.
Garry and I want to turn all that around and make IBCX a reference point for people who want to learn IM in a non-threatening, step-by-step manner where people can progress at their own pace and without being preyed upon. And we want to restore some honor and integrity. Most people are CRYING out for this but…
… they still keep buying all the useless junk that will never help them.
I am so close to releasing my e-book called “How NOT to Be an Internet Marketing ZOMBIE” here but I must ask Garry first as we are a partnership. That is a REAL eye-opener. But it contains some of my (ahem) “colorful” language coz when I wrote it I was pretty darn angry.

Just a little bit of info for you so you do not feel alone here.
I have been tinkering with the Internet for the same time as you. I do not have the same health problems as you but am also on a pension which limits our spending to where we have to go without food sometimes to pay our bills.
I have tried to get some of these millionaires to let me pay of the training with the commission I make until the debt is paid then the income comes back to me but even this has not helped some say sorry they cannot and others just do not answer.
Pensioners here are not even allowed to have a bank card.
so keep your chin up and we will get there now as our mind set will change with these guy’s help. OK take care

I’ve seen even respectful marketers promote that junk and it makes me sad to see people go for the quick cash instead of finding out if some software really works or not.

I want to let all those who read this post know that Garry Parkes and Gary Simpson will in fact do more for you than any other online course. I have met and talked with both of these gentlemen and their combined experience and knowledge is so vast, you have no choice but to come out ahead.

They were indeed FUN times in Vegas huh? I’ve hardly laughed so much in all my life. Remember the incidents with the “bums” on the bridges between the casinos? You were in one of those videos. And, I think you even took some of the videos – I just viewed one the other day about a certain “incident” involving me and Parkesy on the Vegas Strip but I will say no more. Uh-uh! [It might dent us - LOL]

Shysters were selling Magic Beans long before we had computers and internet access. With the internet the problem exploded exponentially. For so long as there is a “hungry market” for “instant wealth” solutions there will be gurus in the jungle ready and willing to feed the demand.
Any business, offline or online, takes time to develop. The only difference being start up costs are far less online, except for those who waste thousands of dollars buying the next quick fix solution rather than applying themselves each day to doing the little tasks that grow a business.
Spend a year doing what others won’t and you can spend the rest of your life doing what others can’t.

You are exactly right and with the advent of the Internet there is a continual supply of people who are more driven by “greed” rather than listen to their own common sense. Thinking that just around the corner is some “get-rich quick” solution that will work for them; There isn’t! It’s covered in the video and the free reports and is one of the primary distractions from making progress and thus the high failure rates online).
And it shows no sign of letting; there is something like over half a million new people joining the Internet every day. (Gary has the full stats somewhere and showed me recently) so a ready and growing crowd for the unscrupulous marketers to prey on.
So one of the best decisions people can make to start making real progress towards success, is say enough is enough, stop searching and trying opportunity after opportunity and listen to what their inner-self is telling them.

After listening to this first vid you have said many statements that hit right to the core of what I have done. Been online 12 months and blown 6k, I was not looking for the get rich plan I was wanting to learn more about running an internet business I thought by purchancing these products, ebooks, software,courses, etc I could soak the info in then make my choice of what direction to go. I am 58 yrs young a senior in college so that is the way my brain is wired, But I got lied too, tricked with fancy copywriting plus all the other hits I was not aware of. But now 12 mo’s later I know I Can Not learn this myself I need a mentor or a couple of mentors. I will not give up that is not my personality, I got so excited to know there are gentlemen like y’all instead of the 500 emails that hit my inbox everyday. I am taking baby steps I now delete all of them from people I do not know. Plus their subject headlines are a dead giveaway! Thank you for the first report I will read it tonight and come back to tell you what help I received. Because I know y’all are helpers and givers that is the winners in this world! Who follow that path. Now I want to surround myself with the likes of you two, who could direct me and my steps towards my new future. Great comments. $6K… WOW! That is a common thing that we hear all the time. We, too, have spent a fair amount on our “education.” Unfortunately, most of us – in the past – have had to do this. NOT any more.
Garry and I hope to create a haven where people can be taught and burtured and encouraged – and it WON’T cost $6K. Nowhere near it.
We’ve spent a lot of money getting this site up and we’ve put 100′s and 100′s of hours into our internal material – and there’s PLENTY of it. But, the best thing is that it’s 1-2-3-4-5-6… etc. AND we are giving everybody a CHECKLIST and we EXPECT people to use that. It will be the first question we ask if anyone has a pressing question.

I totally agree with all you say. I have found there is a massive difference in the person who is “interested” and the person who is “committed.”
I look at some of my friends and colleagues and it is always obvious what category they fall into but if you ask them they will tell you they are committed to complete a project but they will give you every excuse along the way. They will never admit they themselves are at fault.
The committed person on the other hand will move mountains – just to achieve their goals. They will never give up.
I would like to congratulate you both on a great product you have produced.

When thinking about the difference between interest/involvement versus committment – just think of an egg and bacon sandwich.

What the marketers don’t realise is that we, the frustrated ones with a dream, are good customers, and by ruthlessly selling unethically to them is in the long run hurting those marketers and the industry as a whole. The get mine now attitude, the gold rush attitude is going to bring GOVERNMENT regulation, AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA, God forbid that happens, Gezus. That is the Last thing I want to see. But sadly, I feel it is inevitable, because people don’t have thew insight to see the long term damage. I will pay attention, I want to be an ethical marketer, the long haul, It is why I don’t do the porn thing, although I know it is lucrative. I want to cater to all humanity, not exclusive. But first things first. I have gone through my click bank purchases, GEZUS, I was really hitting it hard. I requested refunds where able, monthly suscriptions I cancled. Thanks for the vote of confidence. We KNOW how you feel. We’ve both been through the “wheel spinning.”
We think that EVERY person who comes to this site and gets the 4 reports and the little surprise awaiting everyone at the end of those reports will at least know how to go about Internet Marketing the right way.
What we are giving out free of charge is ESSENTIAL information that EVERY person should be given BEFORE they are given the “keys” to IM. Sadly, some will be too busy chasing windmills like Don Quixote even to read our material, some will scoff at it, some will read it then immediately forget it but for SOME… the LIGHT will switch on and they will know what they need to do to move on.
When we set about creating the complimentary material – that those who are savvy enough decided to get – we were following the teachings of Napoleon Hill in his epic work: “Think and Grow Rich.”
Some people will have an “AHA!” moment just by assembling all the complimentary material and examining it step-by-step. Some will only need those materials to go to the next level without all the distractions that will be thrown and hurled at them from every direction of the 360 degree compass. Some will need a bit more guidance. And some will need a LOT of guidance.
It all depends on mindset and the level of experience already attained. Also, the level of frustration.

We believe that people are SLOWLY coming to the realization that 98% of everything on the Internet regarding Internet Marketing is, in fact, superfluous, useless, out-dated, misleading, unhelpful, distracting and often, just outright horse manure. Hence, the 98% failure rate.
It’s WAY past time that all that stopped. We’re not the only guys out there who have had enough. Many of our friends and associates also offer great insight, knowledge and coaching but we are in the minority and up against the hordes of Internet marketing zombies and vampires who want only to continue to present useless junk that they know is useless junk.
Most of the IMZ’s and IMV’s couldn’t write a decent report, e-book, manual, script or anything else to save their life. They just grab a bunch of PLR and shove it as-is at everyone telling them that it is the panacea to all their needs and wants.

Let me tell you something very different.. In 200 I made an website “importexportonline.com” I did it through Homestead .The idea was to have all the Import and Export by Country and by products category to make easy where was the best price and fast delivery. It had more 500 pages.
I knew nothing abouut Content,SEO,Articles etc. And it was in theGoogle’s 80th page and had a lot of visitors .A lot of them email me asking to put PPC and I had no idea what they were speaking about.. After a time I had financial problems and I lost the site …And now with this crisis I began to think about IM … I’m studing all since last September and learned a lot …English is not my mother language and this make me afraid to write content and articles.
When I receive this kind of “push 1 2 3 boton and the traffic will go to your site I always put my brain to work and it says to me it is impossible…. Just now I’m in serius financial problems again I’m earning $80 a week , my savy account is almost finishing and I don’t know if I can subscribe to your course…It looks great and from the answers that both of you gave look like you are good teachers and have good humor too , another good thing is the members can interact with each other to change ideas.
I live in Astoria New York I rent a litle room in a family house and nobody belive in this kind of business Its terrible…

Wait till you see all the rest of the information we have for you. We hope that the set of complimentary reports and other material that everyone is getting will save a lot of people a lot of time and money.
Isn’t it strange that all the people who have been around the mulberry bush one or twice or thrice or more ALL say the same thing? ie NONE of that mumbo-jumbo-gizmo-hokey-pokey stuff works and yet…
… 100′s, possibly 1,000′s of people EVERY day are being duped into buying it. It’s pretty sad. Most of those things are like buying a brand new motor vehicle, having it shipped to your address then you jump in it, turn the key and NOTHING happens.
Then, eventually, you get out of the vehicle, raise the hood and what do you find?
… an EMPTY engine bay. So, you ring up the “dealer” who sold you the lemon only to be told – the engine will cost you MORE! It’s an “extra” (make that upsell).
Pretty good analogy huh?
In other words, buying something that looks GREAT only to be unable to use it right from the outset because it was NEVER in working order – right from the outset!

I’m BOMBARDED with at least 50 emails a day, all claiming to be the answer in my life.
Gary, I’ve been trudging through internet marketing for so long now, desperately trying to find a way to create an online income for myself. It’s been a tough road going through all the B.S. that I had almost given up. “Analysis Paralysis” had set in and I started unsubscribing from everything. But something struck me about your program that made me want to learn more.
I’ve struggled so hard to make sense of it and to put it all together into something that work for me.
I’m getting more desperate after being out of work for three plus years and suffering from age discrimination when I go on interviews. Trust me. It does exist!
Money is extremely tight for me right now. I’m working on some things that hopefully will allow me to take advantage of your offer in the near future.

Only 50 emails a day? At one stage I was getting about 500 – “My good friend… blah, blah, blah.” Yep. We ALL get them. The best thing to do is cut all the emails out that are just repetitive silliness and keep only the ones that you WANT to read from those people who actually send GOOD material.
That should remove about 45 of the unwanted emails. I even tell people to unsubscribe me if they don’t resonate with what I am saying. What’s the point?
Anyway, do that and all of a sudden your online life becomes so much easier and less intrusive.

In 1988 a had my first PC, in 1996, my first web site (successful). After a brake (2002-2009) I came back to the web with the idea to make some money online (I have to). After 20 months of searches (100′s of PDF’s and links on my disk) I made myself a web site and a blog (last April), but I’m still lost in the forest of the scam, big competition and oveload of information. Without traffic and without any real idea what to do. Maybe good day for me today, because for the first time I trust the mentors of this site

We can’t please some people no matter what we do. We could be handing out $100 and some people will still complain. So, we will accede to his demand and cancel him from whatever he is annoyed about.

You are very welcome. Yes that Brain Training material really DOES work. I have had many sucess stories with it.
Adelia if, as you say English is not your first language, then you are doing mighty well. I cannot write in any language apart from English.
I can certainly understand you from a comprehension point of view. However, from the point of view of constructing an English targeted audience then perhaps you might struggle a bit. Sorry, but you did ask. However…
… there is plenty of scope for targeting the people of your first language. Have you considered doing that? You really only need a NICHE audience to be successful. Perhaps you could focus on that. Not everybody speaks and writes English. In fact, most of the world doesn’t.

Still another report that hits home. I myself have spent thousands of dollars on the programs, memberships and courses that promise the moon in a matter of weeks just by following their “Proven System”. Just like in your report they would say the offer was only good today or I would only have minutes to join etc etc… and of course not knowing any better I would fall for it. In most sales letters they all seem to say all the “Big Names” are endorsing it, buying it or something of the sort, so why wouldn’t I fall for it? By the way, who are the “Big Names” any way? If I use a very large font when typing my name does that mean I’m a “Big Name”? That’s about what a “Big Name” means to me today because I have bought in to the courses they sell and the end result was that it was all BS (Big Scam), lol.
I wasn’t going to buy into any more programs, courses or whatever they want to call them but I have talked with you Gary S. and know that when it’s time to be serious your a stand up guy. You detest the way IM has turned and are dedicated to make a difference. This I can buy into!!!
I’m going to do all I can to be a part of what will be the new standard of internet marketing.

Lots of people are just totally FED UP!
“Big names” I guess are people who have big lists. But from what I am seeing across the board, some of those big names are going to be medium names or no names pretty soon because people have lost faith in them due to some of the – excuse the term – poop they are promoting.
Sorry about that folks but I just got sick of saying PB.
I read several well-known forums and I see certain “big names” getting caned for sending utter rubbish to their lists and pretending it is some latest high-tech whizzbang solution to all their problems. We ALL know why they do it – it’s EASY money. But it’s not looking after anyone else’s interest.
Part of the problem is the public itself. They DEMAND quick-fix solutions and because of that, those who are only out to make a quick buck will SUPPLY them. So, really… there is fault on both sides. I can see that.
But what Garry and I are trying to do here is offer an alternative – we are NOT offering a quick fix solution so anybody expecting one had better keep searching. They WON’T find it here.
However, we ARE offering a fully structured, step-by-step course that will ensure the highest possible opportunity for success. There IS work involved. Let’s just make that PERFECTLY clear.
NOTHING worthwhile was ever created that wasn’t worked for. It’s IMPOSSIBLE. Anyone who tells you otherwise is either very misinformed or just a liar.

This is Donna again I read the Intro report last night and was so excited I could not sleep. The reason being is both of you are in my niche, hear that my niche!! Told you I was almost out of college my degree is “Science in Psychology” this has been my love since I was 20 years old. I promised myself I would take my education as far as I could then give back to the people. I have taken the summer off but 12 more semester hours I am finished. It is awesome that the both of you as partners love the same area’s also. Now that you have told me about the 40 books Gary has written I want one of each I have a whole room full of my books. I’ve just read this from top to bottom.
The same would be a good exercise for any of those who are still wavering over whether this is the training you need. Stop now. Read everything.
It will help you realize that this is the real thing. Learn. Apply. Do.
Don’t walk away from this blog and buy another shiny button that doesn’t work. Save your money and get this course as soon as you can. Especially if you are new, save yourself the grief of lost money and lost time from looking for answers in the wrong places.
Among those posting here who have been online a while, whether for a few or many years, there is a common theme established. That is…the shiny push button does not exist. Believe them.
Likewise, many here also recognize a solid course of teaching with accountability is the answer.
So don’t go away and look elsewhere. This is your answer.

I received my second report a little while ago and did do the number game 3 times. I have to say it was a bit frustrating even though the speed did improve. I did cheat a little as I could not read the printed numbers well so I looked at the computer screen to see them and then traced them on the paper in front of me as some of the numbers were a bit unclear on the printout. And, I didn’t like like sometimes running over numbers, non-straight lines, and gymnastics to get from one place to the next, but I do agree that practise does improve the speed. I did make some mistakes and hit the wrong number before the right one and lifted the pen a few times out of habit, but disciplined myself to change. However, it is something, if I had the chance, that I would outsource to a firstgrader . I’m sure one would love that kind of challenge.
In any case, thank you for the report, as well as for the first one. The point is well made that you learn by doing.

Heh… heh… yeah, some kid would probably thrash us in that exercise.
But the point, as you so correctly identified, was that:
“We learn by doing!”
Some people really just don’t get that. They throw their hands up in the air at the very first little stumble and start whimpering : “Wah-wah-wah… I can’t (sniff… sob… sob) do this. It’s too hard (boo-hoo)!”
And guess what? With that mindset – YES! It IS!
That was the “lesson.”

Hey guys, just read the second report. Awesome again! I just did the excercise and here are my times. 5:05 for the first time and then 3:14 the second time.
It’s proof that if you do something over and over again, you get faster and more efficient at doing it. And I love the fact you point out that it has to be the “right” things that I learn to do and in the correct order.
I fit right in with this report because it was having more time than money that caused me to learn graphics in the first place. And the more I made them, the faster I got at it.
It was then I was able to achieve making a lot of money because once I learned and became good at just this one skill I could then offer my services to others.
I want to point out though that you make a very valid point that when people learn how to do something online, they don’t have to always do it from then on but at least they are more informed when deciding to outsource or do it themselves.
This is very encouraging because people don’t have to learn everything online to make money. There are literally thousands of niches, products, and services that we can all go into and IBCX will go over things that “all” businesses need to know and learn.
Having mentors in IBCX is great because not only will everyone learn “what” to do and “how” to do it but they will also have your experience as to what to “avoid” without having to continue to fall victim to the vampires online.

It IS a very demonstrative exercise. I’m glad so many people are having a go at it. I pulled that short exercise out of my “Journey, Life, Destiny” course BTW.
You’re right. I don’t do some (cross that out – MOST) of the technical work as well as Parkesy so that is best left to him. I just help him where I can by writing up the pages of our site and adding basic coding and images etc. I don’t really enjoy that much anyway coz it stifles my writing creativity.
Garry will also readily admit that he cannot write like I can. These things are just facts. So, we BOTH work to our strengths. It’s an unbeatable combination!

Well, I have to admit that with all the comments flooding in, the Skype queries and questions, the support tickets AND emails we are getting about this – it’s pretty overloading. But… it’s also AWESOME to see so many people finally happy and getting some decent information.
Personally, I have been SO busy (I’m sure everyone can readily see that!) that I haven’t even been able to send this alert to my own lists. But part of that is because it wouldn’t be a good “look” if my own subscribers were winning prizes. LOL!

Hi Sue,
What I am REALLY hoping for is looking forward to being able to assist all the frustrated people who are so disillusioned with Internet Marketing. PLUS, to show all my online acquaintances what we are doing here by being so open and accountable.
I’ve been slavishly answering every email, support ticket, Skype query as well as answering everybody here.
The other Garry has been busy in the engine room tuning up the turbo jets and making sure all the software all integrates. It’s all been a BIG task – for both of us.
TBH Sue, the ZOMBIES and VAMPIRES can do whatever they want. When people get sick and tired of dealing with them then they can always come here and get some decent treatment for once.

Well done guys for the informitive material I read in your report and video regarding your internet business codex progam.
When I was researching for a way to work from home I had come across Gary Simpson one day online. Since getting to know him and his back ground in the martial arts thru emails and website I noticed he was an honest straight to the point shooter with no fluff.
It saved me from contiuing to purchase program after program and become that zombie lol. Also I have looked up to and admired Bruce Lee for a long time. I learned from Bruce’s wisdom and insight to notice someone such as Gray for these qulaties.
That he cared about pointing people in the right direction in this area or any area of life for that matter. The importance of having a mentor was what stood out in the report and caught my attention.
This Introductory offer was good in its timing for me and maybe for others such as me to rethink the path and direction we desire to go and have a strong foundation as you would a house.

When you initially commented you chose to be informed of replies hence why you are getting the updates: if you want to turn this feature off you will see a link below the comment box titled “Manage your subscriptions” where you can control things.
As for the other free reports you need to complete the optin form (top right of page). The additional content and bonuses will be delivered automatically over the following days. (Next report is about 24 hours after you complete the form). Hope that helps.

I’m not sure what you mean by “flooded.” How many emails are you getting? And are they from us or other people?
During a major launch like this you can always expect a more than normal number of emails flying about the place on the same subject. I get them too when something big is happening. You always have the option to ignore them or just delete them if they annoy you. OR, if you feel so strongly about the invasiveness of them then you can always unsubscribe from whoever is sending them..
IF you opted into our autoresponder series then – YES, you WILL get the extra reports. It depends on when you first opted in because the series is on time delay so that people don’t get hammered with everything all at once.
The ONLY way that we can communicate with people such as yourself, who want this information, is via email. We try to keep these down to sending you essential links to get the material we want you to have. Or, more correctly, YOU want to have. We don’t want to force ourselves upon anybody. Far from it, in fact.
Bear in mind that you, Vernial, ALWAYS have control. You are always at liberty to unsubscribe from anything and anyone. Oh… hang on a sec. That’s not quite true…
I should rephrase that by saying – you can unsubscribe from anything and anyone who is honest and legitimate. It is virtually impossible to unsubscribe from spammers, IM zombies and IM vampires. All they will do is take their unsub list and import it directly into another autoresponder that allows importation like that and they will hammer you again and again and again.
If you feel that it is US who are “flooding” you then you are most welcome to unsubscribe and we will part ways with no hard feelings whatsoever. OK?

They will pull every trick, scam and stunt they know. They will send their subscribers to real dogs of “products” and have no conscience about doing it.
So there you have it. Now you know who is who in the wonderful IM world.
NOT everyone is like that, of course. There are MANY really caring and sharing Internet Marketers out there. Lots of them would be honest enough to take care of your wallet or purse and you just KNOW that it would be in SAFE hands.

Having “lost my way” for a while, I am looking forward to getting “on track” soon. Having heard that the two Gary’s are teamed up is good news to me.
Your first report hit the nail on the head when Garry (With two r’s ’cause hangin’ out with Gary Simpson is enough to make anyone stutter with nervousness….) spoke of why so many people find it impossible to get their act together in Internet Marketing. Looking the fact in the face that it is our own misguided thinking that sets us up to follow the predators in the business is an embarrassing truth to have to face.
My own “coming down” at allowing myself to be such a “schmuck” hurt and caused me to back off and reconsider my choices. Fortunately for me, actually quitting is not part of my vocabulary so I’m on my way back.

Gary Simpson here. We have a “planned” electricity shut down for approximately 8 hours today where my office is located. That means I will be offline for that period of time.

I tried to post this earlier but couldn’t access the site. I see it is back up.
I would like to request a Vampire report, because I don’t want to be a Vampire or a Zombie but want to wait to see if other people don’t want to be Vampires first, as I have already (or will) receive the Zombie book (I put in a support ticket). I don’t think I am too much of a Vampire, though I might have a bit of Zombie that I have to get rid of…I won’t know until I read the Zombie book.
While on the subject of Zombies and Vampires, I would like to be able to put some kind of Zombie or Vampire buttons on my site, directing people to these books, so they at least have the awareness that this books exist and can buy them.
It is not important that it be an affiliate link for either one. I would just like those two books on my site for people so they have the chance to see them. Please let me know if this is possible. Thanks.

What sort of a launch would it be without a system crash? (I’m led to believe that some big launches in the past had deliberate crashes – but that may be just a rumor… or not. LOL)
PLUS… our power authority here said we were to have the power turned off for 8 hours today and then – WITHOUT telling anyone – cancelled that for another time. I had to wait on the phone for 1/2 hour to find that out. I had every piece of electrical equipment turned off needlessly for hours. NO thanks to them for that.

Yes we are starting at the VERY beginning. We will gather momentum as we move through the course. But… because we have NO IDEA what each of the individual members know we will start at Base Camp ZERO and start heading towards the summit.
And that leads me to a good point.
SOME people with SOME knowledge may become a little impatient at the start. But they needn’t worry. We will catch and then surpass their levels of knowledge.
In many respects this will be like learning a martial art. Some people will be white belts, some will already have yellow and green belts and some people may even have a brown belt. But the end result is that we will be putting everybody through the lessons and then moving them onward from where they are right now. We’re confident of being able to do this.

The freebie thing can certainly get completely out of control if you don’t mix it up. It can be like giving your kids pocket money for years and then one day… you tell them to get a job and earn their own. CULTURE SHOCK!
The BEST method is to give say 3 freebies then a paid (but RELATED) offer, 3 freebies, paid offer, 1 free, 1 paid and then mix it all up with blog posts, competitions etc.
Continually giving everyone free things actually does 2 things and both of them are bad:
1 – you go broke
2 – they learn to be like a leech
Maybe that isn’t such a great example but I’m sure you get the idea. LOL!

I have always thought to have a successful and profitable niche you should have some passion involved even if you don’t know everything. It should make learning a lot easier and teaching even easier. I am like a lot of other people, I suspect. Struggling. 2 1/2 years ago, I found myself in deep financial "confusion" and I turned to the Internet.
This Internet Business is not as easy as "they" said, but I had no idea that I would be gullible enough to spend $25,000 (yes, thousands). And, of course, I put it on my credit card! So, every month I pay the minimum on that card. I must or my credit would be trashed. Probably, already is.
"They" even suggested I incorporate my own business, so I incurred additional cost doing that. I read every word and listened to every tape ever sent me. Needless to say, I have learned a lot. A whole lot!
Thankfully, I have made wonderful friends along the way. People that I trust. However, the money is still not coming along as I had desperately hoped, and been led to believe that certainly by now it would have.
I understand that IBCX is having a contest to choose a few people that they deem worthy of joining the course for free. I would LOVE to be a winner! I know the quality of what this course contains. And, I would try hard to be a stellar student.

I’ve spent a LOT myself Maureen. TBH I have a “rough” idea but I’ve never been able to bring myself to add it all up precisely.
I suppose with a couple of Las Vegas trips thrown in and all the flights, food and accommodation costs it might be getting near $15 to $20K. Nuh! I’m NOT gonna do that – ie add it up. It might scare me – LOL!
I think the main thing to do is to start small in the earnings department, make some money then make a bit more and scale it up from there. It’s the belief that the very FIRST sale makes that will keep people motivated to do more.

Sorry, I think I sent my last comment as an email rather than here. Was in the wrong window LOL!
I agree that you have to be passionate otherwise it doesn’t work. Coincidentally I was reading a free ebook this morning (glad I didn’t pay for it!) that said pick a niche whether you are passionate about it or not. It went straight into the recycle bin. You have to believe in what you write about, you stamp your personality and style on whatever you write, even in a rant. Right Guys?
I also received an email offering me a free website worth $1995??? Again, straight in the trash can.
I too am afraid to total up how much I have spent needlessly, I know that I dejunked over 56GB of stuff that wouldn’t open, didn’t work or could have been better written by a 3 year old.
It is a hard lesson to learn, but we all (hopefully!) learn from our mistakes.
I agree that there are a lot of ‘leeches’ who download all the freebies they can, and I used to feel guilty until someone I was downloading from told me it was OK. I did buy some of his affordable products. I also think that there are a lot of people on a fixed income or out of work who just can’t afford to buy. I am committed to not twisting anyone’s arm by having loads of exit pop-ups (I hate them anyway) and I truly don’t mind if they just download all the freebies. Hopefully they will find something useful to get them started on the road to a successful online business.

Pick a niche without passion? Gee, that sounds like great advice. The BEST niches are ones that you do have some passion for. Otherwise, the building of the site will always be a boring and tedious chore.

I have been in this marketing arena now for sometime and it still amazes me to how people fall for these tactics of easy and push button schemes. I have been taught to do due diligence from my beginning in Internet Marketing and think how comical some of the sales pages are.
False Promises and Products seem to be the norm today and as you say will continue till people like you and Garry help to open more minds, too these schemes and take peoples money. I couldn’t sleep at night if I did that.
Keep on with doing this for the good of all.

Yeah we KNOW what you mean.
There have been a couple of sales pages of recent times that have been absolutely hideous. In fact, after I was shocked at the horror of them and how ultra-hypey and false they were I just shook my head in shame. HOW can people do that to others and feel no remorse for their actions?
But newbies FALL for that rubbish hook, line, sinker, rod, reel, boat. Why? Coz they DREAM of this – the “push button method of (cough… bullsh*t) wealth.” PLUS they don’t have the knowledge that we do (us – as in you and us). Hence, that series of reports. It HAD to be said.
This blog has been an education resource for a lot of people. Finally, somebody is telling them what they NEED to hear. NOT what they WANT to hear, sadly. But at least they have a fighting chance now.
This day should go down in Internet Marketing history as a line-drawing day. People can stand on OUR side in the light or they can stand in among the shadows. It’s a clear choice and it’s all to do with education and character.

Hi Gary,
Just finished reading the 4th report on “What’s You Passion”.
My Passion as a child was in becoming a doctor, at the age of 67 at this moment it is still my passion. 17 Years ago I had open heart surgery and 5 by-passes of blocked arteries. Just recently I have been researching heart health and find not much information is available in the health and wellness industry.
So my passion has turned to write information products about Heart Health and Heart Disease. This where my Core Desire is right now.
Being on a very limited income I will not be able to consider getting your course at this time. I will sometime down the road as funds become more abundant come back if your course is still available in the future.
Once again guys keep up the informative, and information you are doing.

Wow, it’s wonderful, but I’m not entirely surprised at your generosity and magnanimity. What is more it lays credence to all your have professed so far to your would be students. Some people are online to make money hook or by crook, and some are online to give genuine solutions to problems and earn their living in the process with peace of mind. I am held spellbound on this wonderful show of love.
You may not believe it, since the last posting I made early last Saturday, GMT time zone, I’m only just having access to my email account. I paid for my internet subscription for a month but only three weeks to my using the service my internet linkage was tossed by my service operator for no apparent reasons. I had to resort to using a public cybercafe since I cannot even in this unclear circumstance repurchase a new subscription until when the ”current” subscription will have expired.
Such is the myriad of challenges we face in our determination to breakthrough from this part of the world. I want to say I remain highly indebted to you guys for your thoughtfulness. This blessings from you to me will remain indelible in my mind, and I am humbled by it. I can assure you that I am challenged by it to prove myself.
However, one way I can justify having this immense investment is to come out very successful at the end of the program. Inspite of whatever challenges, I am very determined, hopeful, and certain that I will achieve success at the end. Please, accept my very hearty appreciation, and assurances of my esteemed regards. I just finished my fourth report. They are all great. If you haven’t read them, you need to. The information in them will save you a lot of wasted motion, time, and money.
They should also convince you that taking this course would be one of the wisest things you could ever do.

We have been having some technical difficulties with the site. Quite a few people have had trouble signing up and we are assisting them to do it one by one. It’s been tedious because our hosting company has had 2 outages in 9 days and it is really affecting us. Plus there seems to have been “blips” in the hosting that has also caused us problems, sometimes even while I am here on the blog.

Hi Guys
Having read your first report and watched the video I can agree with all you say in them. I have been trying unsuccessfully to get an internet business up and running for about 3 years (although I’ve done nothing for the last 6 months) due to lack of spare cash.
I have got loads of information, attended 4 training courses online, but still got nowhere. I had created a product to teach anyone how to make videos with PowerPoint, built up a list of about 400 by giving it away in JV Giveaways but had absolutely no success in monetising that list, hence I’ve had to suspend my websites as I ran out of spare money to pay for the hosting.
Whilst I feel your course would help me get refocused and restarted I don’t have the cash to invest in it or the other aspects needed. All those who I have listened to say “if you can’t do it yourself outsource it to someone who can do it for you” but without spare cash you can’t outsource. A vicious circle.
Sorry for the moaning but i’m sure there are many more people out there in the same boat and wish that all the hyped up emails didn’t keep coming into their email box, I have removed my self from 99% of all lists that I was on and instead of getting 2-300 emais per day now only get less than a dozen.

I have had dealings with these two guys (since MWA 2- a coaching program I discovered these two guys on) and they are both genuine, no BS guys. They really care about those they are trying to help. I am still trying to pay off a coaching program I borrowed money for so I am unable to afford this course, unfortunately through a break up of a marriage, losing my home, and bankruptcy no-one will give me a credit card otherwise I would take up this opportunity in a heart beat.

We’re sorry. We have literally bent over backwards to accommodate people by:
(a) Reducing the already reduced price by a WHOPPING $250 from $397 right down to $147 and
(b) Introducing a 3 x $67 payment plan across 3 months.
I don’t think we can do any more than that because even if we did, somebody would want a 5 month payment plan.
We needed to draw the line somewhere and that was it.
In any event, everybody who has come here has received some excellent free information and they are all soon to get a 52 week series of emails to continue their online growth week by week.

I feel a little stupid for taking so long to find this blog to leave a comment. But after your first amazing webinar, I was VERY busy getting myself ready for this course. I spent a lot of time unsubscribing from all the useless lists I had subscribed to. I can’t believe how many I was on! Then I made a special folder with sub-folders for all my IBCX materials, downloaded what’s on the site so far into the appropriate spots, then began reading and using the info. I’m still making my mind map and business plan, etc. Looking forward to your next session on the 11th. I have made some money online, but it’s certainly nothing to brag about. Maybe I’ll be able to do that soon, now that I have some mentors I can count on with the right information.

Don’t be so harsh on yourself.
Thank you for your compliment. Glad you are getting organized. I do it regularly coz with the amount of material I produce I can easily get lost if I’m not logically organized. And that still happens from time to time.
Everyone will move at their own pace in this course.
This brings me to something that I’d like to mention…
Impatience is just as bad as slowness. We’ve already had one guy who wanted everything yesterday, the day before that and the week before that. He wasn’t prepared to wait and do things properly so he was refunded. Unfortunately (for him) he will NEVER know what he just disqualified himself from.
That gave us the opportunity to invite another person in from our Waiting List.

The Forum will open directly after the Q and A. Everyone will need to register and then we will go through the process of checking memberships and approving them.
This is a CLOSED forum and only members will be admitted. So it will take a little while to get everyone in.

Hi Gary,
Just read the Power of Choice. Love the use of the parable to communicate a very empowering message. Makes it a quick interesting read.
The message it gives, I think is one that deep down we all know, but tend to forget and as we get lost or distracted in the drama of everyday life.
I think that if at those uncomfortable times in our lives we asked ourselves – What choices have I made to get myself here?– and used that knowledge to make better & different choices, then we would be taking full responsibility and we would have nowhere to go but in a better place. That’s power.
I also like to think of those ‘hard times’ in our lives as wake-up calls that we have been choosing badly and need to start paying attention.
Just my thoughts on that!

Registration for the next presentation is now open.
The “Module One: Q & A and Follow-up Session” is scheduled for Monday 11th July, 7pm EST (USA)
This is a session where we will answer all questions raised by our members so come and listen as we go through them all. We will also talk about our Members’ Forum which we are planning to open directly after the presentation.
We have been working VERY hard to get this Forum into good shape and we are almost done. Even if I do say so myself it is looking rather spectacular – even now. We are still working on it and making it even better for you. This will be the premium place to learn about Internet Marketing.
Just briefly… we are negotiating with various specialists to run specific departments in the Forum. We’ll talk a bit more about that during the presentation.
After the Q and A we will open the Forum. However, we will be carefully checking all registration details to ensure that ONLY IBCX members are admitted. This will be a CLOSED Forum.
Prepare to be WOWED by the Forum. It will be better than anything you may have seen in the past.

Just wait till you see what we have coming.
I think all of us have wasted tons of money learning pretty much… nothing. We aim to change that.
In fact, I have just installed some polls inside the forum and it will be VERY interesting to see the results of those. One of them is a question about how much money people have spent on courses etc. It’s anonymous so everyone can be 100% truthful.

Thanks for the reports as we go. Very helpful, indeed! I have to admit, I fell for a lot of the “easy” schemes that turned out to be either too hard or incomplete. But they fix it so you can’t get a refund because it’s set up to make it look like YOU failed, not them, and then you don’t qualify for the refund. After a few of those, I learned, but then I’ve been left out of the action because I haven’t known whom to trust! I feel so lucky to have met both of you (via MWA) and can see you are what you say you are and CAN be trusted. So, here I am! A ready and willing student.

What you describe is a very COMMON set-up. I know EXACTLY what you mean.
Some of these people write such ambiguous “instructions” that they become exceedingly difficult even to understand. That may be by design but, I feel, that they are just about borderline illiterate. How can you understand gobbledegook?
Trust is something that Garry and I hope to raise in IM because it is at a very LOW ebb! Sadly.

Meanwhile, I am listening to yesterday’s Q & A video, since it never stopped buffering for me here. We had another frightening storm last night, so I figure it messed with the Internet signal. I eventually had to just shut down and unplug all the appliances I value. SO glad you’re putting the replays into the members’ area. Thanks. You guys are tops!

I just looked in the forum and got quite a shock. Overnight, more than 10 pages of comments have been added by all the new members flooding in. So the forum is rockin’ and rollin’.
We have a lot of excited people in there and a lot of talent too.
Robbie, sorry for the problem you had with the buffering. A couple of people said the same thing. We don’t know why that may have happened. Many other people watched it live without problem.
But no matter, the QnA is sitting in the Members’ Area along with all the other material we have been feeding in including the first webinar presentation called First Things First.

Hi Guys
I am not usually this quiet!! I just find it hard to concentrate with a raging temperature (now down to 103). Have worked through everything to date and entered it all on my spreadsheet. Have registered for the forum, but waiting to be approved.
I think the guy who got a refund will not be happy with anything, get rich quick mentality doesn’t work. Like someone who got a refund on a product not even read all the way through because it looked too much like hard work! Get rich quick and lazy!!
Having a great time and think this is the best money I have spent.
Have been doing a lot of reading today and I think you stole my thunder! I am working on a project and a lot of what I have written I found in your manuals. I didn’t steal it honest! It was writtern before I read the PDF files.I think we think alike Garry P probably cos I am a Lancashire lass. I will send a copy when it is finished so that I can remove anything you object to. Send me an email and I will give you the gist of it.

I don’t need a copy Dee, unless you would like to send it. I’m sure that I would not require anything “removed” if it is all in your words anyway. And, I don’t mind being quoted if you want to do that with attribution.

Hi Guys,
I enjoyed listening to the Q&A on module 1. You guys have really eliminated the feeling of overwhelm.I love the pace. Probably many have regular jobs and their time is limited. But the way your sending out the information is perfect. I have been in other courses and they give you the whole course at once. Even though, students are told to work at their own pace tend to jump ahead anyway. This causes frustration and stress. I am so glad I enrolled in this course. Just choosing a domain for the first time could be a challenge.

Hi Gary
My project is a long way off completion yet. I too have my own style of writing. I might actually quote you now that you have mentioned it. I used to be a proof reader a verry longtime age, it was one of my first jobs when I was much younger, but if I get stuck, we can all use some help sometimes. Thank you. I will check out the forum later, off to the hospital for more x-rays then off to torture with my physiotherapist.

Yes ATM our course and membership is CLOSED. We intend to open it up a little later as an evergreen membership site.
So far we have had MANY wonderful comments about our course – except ONE. Some guy, whose name I know but I won’t mention coz it makes him look really nasty and well… pretty dumb, said we “STINK!” Charming huh?
He also went on to say that our course was too cheap to be any good and that he was saving up $5,000 to pay a “REAL mentor” to teach him. All I have to say about that is to refer to this well-known proverb:
“A fool and his money is easily parted.”
Oh well, GOOD LUCK buddy – you are gonna need it!

There is no fool like an old fool. The reason I joined this course was because of all the mony I wasted on things that don’t work. If it works, don’t knock it. More fool him. Let him waste $5000 and see where that gets him.
Nothing about this course ‘STINKS’ it is for beginners and that’s where it starts. It is step by step and that is what it does. Beginners need time to absorb the information, it let’s them do that.
What more could you want?

I was dumbfounded at that fellow’s rudeness. I mean he came out with his unfounded attack from a point of complete IGNORANCE. But, at the same time, I felt somewhat sorry for him…
He has a completely CLOSED mind with some very biased ideas that are sure to get him into a world of pain.
And, methinks, as soon after he scratches that $5,000 together and hands it gleefully across to some “REAL mentor” (aka Goo-roo) he is gonna realize what a fool he has been.
Oh well, we live and learn. But his is gonna be a REAL EXPENSIVE lesson!
